Platform Terms & Metered Usage Disclosure
1. Subscription Fee vs. Metered Utility Charges
Your fixed monthly software subscription covers workspace access, user seats, built-in features, and core platform infrastructure.
Certain features operating within the platform function as metered pay-as-you-go utilities. These metered services are billed dynamically based on exact account consumption and include:
- Email Verification & List Validation
- Outbound & Inbound Email Delivery
- SMS Messaging & Phone Calls
- Phone Number Hosting & Carrier Registrations
- AI Content, Conversation, & Voice Processing
- Premium Workflow & API Executions
2. Immediate Resource Consumption
Metered actions consume real-time external computing power, telecommunications infrastructure, and global database registry checks the instant they are triggered.
When an account user runs a bulk email verification, executes an email blast, or sends SMS sequences:
- Digital requests are immediately routed to third-party verification networks and carrier gateways.
- Server resources, processing power, and bandwidth are irrevocably expended at that exact timestamp.
- The digital utility is considered 100% delivered at the moment the process is executed by the user or by automated workflows configured within the account.
3. Absolute Non-Refundability of Usage Charges
Because metered actions consume unrecoverable third-party server assets instantaneously, all usage-based charges, wallet reloads, and metered fees are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund requests will not be granted for usage charges resulting from:
- Uploading invalid, old, or poor-quality contact lists.
- Bounced emails, failed message deliveries, or recipient server rejections.
- Accidental triggers or incorrect workflow configurations set up by account users.
- Account cancellations requested after metered actions have already executed.
4. Account Billing Responsibilities & Auto-Recharges
To ensure uninterrupted execution of system automations, metered features draw from your account wallet balance or charge your payment method on file based on predefined auto-recharge settings.
Account owners are solely responsible for monitoring their workflow settings, automated list-validation triggers, and wallet balance thresholds. Managing automated verification triggers or pausing outbound sequences remains the sole responsibility of the account holder.
5. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a credit card issuer or payment processor for rendered metered usage, completed email verifications, or valid system consumption constitutes a breach of these Terms.
In the event of an unjustified chargeback attempt for delivered system resources:
- Account access will be suspended immediately to prevent further utility consumption.
- Detailed server usage logs, IP activity records, and time-stamped execution receipts will be submitted directly to the payment processor to defeat the dispute.
- The account holder remains liable for all unpaid usage balances and associated collection or dispute processing fees.
